AIR TICKETS FOR ALL DESTINATIONS
1. BOOKING
To get a more precise information about prices, terms and conditions it is necessary to have as accurate information as possible about dates, destinations, passenger names and their ages.
Providing of contacts is not obligatory and can not be charged additionaly.
2. TICKET DELIVERY
Delivery of the air tickets is carried out by e-mail, fax or SMS. In case the paper ticket is issued, it has to be taken in our offices since the passenger has to present it at the check in.
Since 2008 most companies substituted their paper tickets with electronic ones, the so called e-tickets. These tickets have the same rules but have some additional advantages such as:
• They don’t have to physically have the ticket about themselves, but is enough to have a valid travel document while checking in at the airport.
• It can not be lost since it always exists as an information on the server of the company in any given moment.
• It can be delivered to the client by E-mail or SMS as a complete information about the journey.
3. FARES
Basic fare division is first, business and economy class which all have further subdivisions of their own, so in almost all companies economy class has most subdivisions which do not affect the service on the plane, but may differ in price. Generally, the basic rule is: Lower the price - higher are the restrictions with booking, changes, cancellations, etc.
Promotional fares are among the most restrictive and they have mainly the same conditions:
• Short booking period.
• Impossibility to perform changes after ticket issue, and tickets are not refundable.
• Time limit of the ticket.
4. LUGGAGE
Basic division of the luggage is: hand luggage and luggage which is handed at the airport. Depending on the destination, carrier, class different amounts of luggage is allowed.
If you travel by economy class most carriers allow is 20 kg + hand luggage with bags of certain dimensions.
Hand luggage is between 5-10 kg and of very limited dimensions.
Exceeded luggage is charged upon the check in and the prices vary depending on the carrier.
Since March 2007 there have been installed particular rules about carrying liquids aboard the plane, you can find out more on the official site of the airport.
5. FREQUENT FLYER
We support the Frequent Flyer programme of many carriers as well as the corporative programmes.
The miles will be registered on your account while booking or upon the delivery of the ticket if you provide your registration number. Miles may be added retroactively for tickets not older than 6 months. Tickets older than 6 months will not be rewarded the miles.
